With very few basic ingredients from your pantry and by following the instructions on the box, you can prepare this scrumptious dessert in no time and surprise your family and friends during holiday get-together or parties.
For this blog post I am partnering with Continental Mills to feature The Cheesecake Factory At Home’s new boxed cheesecake mixes. As many of you may know The Cheesecake Factory has some of the world's best cheesecakes, and every time single time we visit their restaurant I not only end my meal with a cheesecake serving, but I also end up bring home few slices to eat them later or the next day.
I have prepared cheesecakes from scratch before, but it is often challenging to replicate the same flavor and texture that we get at The Cheesecake Factory. While they cant reveal their secret recipes to rest of the world, they’ve introduced boxed mixes for some of their legendary cheesecakes so that everyone can bring the delicious taste of The Cheesecake Factory right into their kitchen. The Cheesecake Factory At Home’s cheesecake mixes comes in three different flavors - Classic, Strawberry, and Salted Caramel.
The recipe presented below is for a delicious cheesecake that is topped with salted caramel, melted chocolate, and roasted nuts. The boxed mix contains the main ingredients to prepare the crust, filling, and salted caramel topping in separate pouches. The instructions and the additional ingredients needed are clearly listed on back of the box. I added couple of additional toppings to give it my own personal touch, and the outcome was perfect. I also followed the Chef tips provided at the back of the box which definitely made the dish extra special and rich. Everyone at home loved the cheesecake, and I will definitely prepare them again for upcoming office holiday parties and game nights. I highly recommend this wonderful product to everyone of you, and I am sure you will impress your family and friends this upcoming holiday season. This can also be perfect for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Girls Night, Family Movie Night etc. Do check out the following link to find the nearby stores in your hometown that carries this product.

Ingredients for Salted Caramel Cheesecake
Salted Caramel Premium Cheesecake Mix – 1 box
Butter - 3 Tbsp
Cream cheese - 16 oz (or two 8 oz boxes)
Milk - ¼ cup
Eggs - 3
Roasted nuts - ½ cup
Melted chocolate - ¼ cup
Steps to prepare Salted Caramel Cheesecake
Step I
- Heat oven to 275 F. Thoroughly grease a 8-inch round pan and keep it aside. I used a spring form pan, but you may also use a regular cake pan.
- Melt butter in a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Remove the skillet from heat and empty the pouch containing Graham cracker crust mix into it and combine well. Transfer this to the greased spring form pan, gently pressing the mix to cover the bottom and halfway up the sides of the pan.
- In a large bowl add room temperature cream cheese and the contents from the pouch containing the filling mix. Then using a electric mixer cream them together until fluffy. Then, scrape the bowl and add milk. However, at this point I followed the Chef's tips and I substituted milk with 2 tablespoon of heavy cream and 3 tablespoon of sour cream. Next, beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Scrape the bowl and add eggs, and continue to mix on low speed until the eggs are well incorporated.
- Gently pour this filling onto the prepared crust. Bake for 45-49 minutes or until the center has a slight jiggle. Do not over bake, as the cheesecake will firm up on cooling.
- Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature.
Step II
- After the cheesecake has cooled to room temperature, run a knife along the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake, and then transfer the cheesecake to refrigerator to chill completely.
- Few minutes before serving, place the pouch containing salted caramel into a bowl containing hot water. After letting it sit for about 5 minutes, open the pouch and pour the softened salted caramel topping over the cheesecake. Use the back of a large spoon or spatula to spread the caramel.
- Now spread chopped roasted nuts of your choice over the caramel topping, and drizzle some premium melted chocolate over it. Return the cheesecake to the refrigerator to chill until you are ready to serve. Enjoy!

I've always loved the Cheesecake Factory. They're food is surprisingly good for a chain that has such an extensive all-over-the-place menu. I've never had their cheesecake, though! I'm not big on cheesecake, but to be honest, I'd be all over this. I mean, LOOK AT IT.

Dana, thank you so much for your comment. In the beginning I hadn't tried their cheesecakes too, mostly because I would feel full after a meal. Eventually it all changed, and now I am a big fan.
