Batata Vada and Vada Pav are popular Indian street food recipe loved by people of all age groups.

To make batata vada (aloo bonda, you need potatoes, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves and tarditional Indian seasoning.

This is then deep fried by coating it with besan or chickpea batter. I bet you can't stop eating one. Full recipe here.

The batata vada is then placed between pao (pav) and drizzled with mint chutney, garlic chutney and dates chutney.
