Coconut Barfi with Jaggery - Method I 

This coconut burfi is prepared using just 2 ingredients coconut and jaggery in less than 30 minutes.

To make this burfi,, just mix coconut and jaggery and cook until the mixture leaves base of the pan.

You can also decorate it with nuts, add cardamom powder and ghee for more flavor if desired.
