Curd rice is a comforting Indian recipe prepared using yogurt (dahi), rice and aromatic spices.

This is also called thayir sadam, mosaranna, dahi chawal,  yogurt rice, daddojanam.

One of the best recipe to beat the extreme summer heat in South India.

To make curd rice, mix the rice with yogurt and add the tempering. Keep in refrigerator for atleast 1 hour for best results.
