Vegetable korma or kurma is a simple and delicious curry made using mixed vegetables and aromatic spices.

This dish can be served for any meal as a accompaniment with dosa, naan, roti, chapati, rice, etc.

Vegetables are cooked in coconut curry paste which enhances the taste of the dish.

You can make this in stovetop, instant pot, pressure cooker, etc.

Today I have served korma with dosa made using brown rice.
