Easy Mango Recipes
You can try these mango recipes this summer when mangoes are in peak season or any time of the year with frozen mangoes. If you are a beginner, try this easy mango salad which takes less than 5 minutes to make.

- 2 Mangoes (ripe or raw)
- ½ tablespoon Coconut oil
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Chile powder
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 to 2 tablespoon Peanuts, roasted
- Cilantro or coriander leaves, garnish (optional)
Wash the mangoes nicely and peel them. Now cut them into small pieces. If you are using raw mangoes, you can even grate them.

Transfer this to a bowl. To this, add oil, salt, chile powder, lemon juice, roasted peanuts, and cilantro and toss until combined.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
- You can also skip the red chile powder here and add finely chopped green chile or jalapeno.
- Coconut oil gives it a nice aroma. You may substitute it with cooking oil if needed.
