Salt, Black pepper powder, Red pepper flakes
  • Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour or until you are ready to serve
  • Serve it with chips, top it on tacos, baked/grilled fish or meat, or even serve it as a side with your favorite Mexican dish. Check out our interesting Mexican recipes.

Notes

  • You can mix and serve the salsa immediately, but I highly recommend keeping it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving so that the flavors get to meld together.
  • Fresh salsa will not freeze well, and I would not recommend it.
  • This salsa recipe is very flexible. You adjust all the ingredients to taste. If you want it sweeter, add more peaches. Add more jalapenos or a dash of chile powder if you like it spicy. For a milder version, skip black pepper powder and pepper flakes.
  • Red onions add a sharp flavor. You can add white or yellow instead.
  • I have not peeled the peaches; we love it this way. You can peel them if needed.
