Bianca Pizza | Classic Italian White Pizza Recipe | How To Make White Pizza
Bianca Pizza is a classic white pizza which is very simple to make yet so delicious, that is prepared using fresh homemade dough, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, olive oil, roasted garlic, tomatoes, and basil. You will never miss the regular pizza/marinara sauce. If you have risen pizza dough, you can prepare this in under 30 minutes!

For Pizza Dough (You can even use store bought pizza dough)
- 1 cup Warm water
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 packet Active dry yeast (2 ¼ tsp)
- 2 ¼ cups All purpose flour , plus more if needed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
For the pizza topping
- 1 cup Mozzarella , shredded
- 7 oz Ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ medium Tomato , chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 bulb Garlic cloves Roasted in olive oil
- 6 fresh Basil leaves
- Pesto , drizzle
- Balsamic vinegar , drizzle
- Red pepper flakes , garnish
Flavored Ricotta Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Basil leaves , dried
- ½ teaspoon Oregano , dried
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Step 1 - Prepare Pizza dough (If using store bought ignore this step)
In a bowl with warm water, add sugar and mix. Sprinkle the yeast and cover it for 5 to 10 minutes or until yeast is activated.
1 cup Warm water, 1 teaspoon Sugar, 1 packet Active dry yeast
Now add salt and flour little by little, and knead it until you get a smooth elastic dough. You may have to vary the amount of flour depending on the weather condition.

Brush the bowl with olive oil. Transfer the dough. Cover and let it sit for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until nearly doubled in size.

Step 2 - Flavored ricotta cheese
In a small bowl, add ricotta cheese, garlic powder, basil leaves, oregano, salt, and mix. Keep this aside
7 oz Ricotta cheese, 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Basil leaves, ½ teaspoon Oregano, ¼ teaspoon Salt
Step 3 - Bake Bianca Pizza
Preheat the oven to 425 degree F.
Transfer the risen dough from step I to a well floured surface, punch the dough and roll it to desired shape and thickness.
Top the crust with shredded mozzarella followed by dollops of flavored ricotta cheese (from Step 2), tomatoes, parmesan and roasted garlic cloves. Drizzle olive oil.

Bake it for 12 to 15 minutes or until done. The time may vary depending on the thickness of your pizza.
Once the pizza is out from the oven, garnish it with fresh basil leaves, pepper flakes, and drizzle some pesto and balsamic vinegar.

- For a quick weeknight dinner, use store-bought pizza dough.
- If you do not have balsamic vinegar, you can substitute it by combining apple cider vinegar and honey.
