Ingredients

  • ½ Avocado chopped lengthwise
  • 3 Avocados mashed
  • ½ Avocado cubed
  • 3 teaspoon Lemon juice , to taste
  • Salt , to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes , to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Cilantro finely chopped
  • Black pepper powder , to taste
  • Balsamic vinegar , drizzle
  • 2 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Strawberry chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon Tomatoes diced
  • 1 tablespoon Pesto
  • ½ teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 Boiled egg
  • 1 Bull's eye egg (Fried egg or sunny side up or half fry)

Instructions

You can make toasts in 8 different ways (top Sweet PotaToasts with given toppings or your favorite ones :-)

  • Chop avocado lengthwise, sprinkle lemon juice – simple and best – vegan.
