- 1 ½ cups All purpose flour
- 3 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon White sugar
- 1 ¼ cups Whole milk
- 1 Egg
- 4 tablespoon Butter melted, more for greasing and cooking

Step I
In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Add milk, egg, butter, and whisk just until a smooth lump-free batter is formed.

Step II
Heat a non-stick or cast iron griddle over medium heat. Grease it with butter and wipe off any excess butter using a paper towel.

Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle. Spread in a circular motion for desired thickens. Flip the pancakes when bubbles appear on top and bottom turns golden brown. Cook on the other side till it is golden brown. Approximately 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
You can drizzle melted butter around the edges while cooking to make rich buttery pancakes.
Repeat the process for the remaining batter, coating the skillet with butter and wiping off excess butter before each batch.
Old Fashioned Homemade Pancakes are ready. Serve hot with fruits, syrup, and some additional butter if desired.
