Make ahead Rolls or Refriegerator rolls  : Once the rolls double in size, cover the rolls and refrigerate upto 24 hours till you are ready to use. Let stand at room temperature for about 30 to 45 minutes. Meanwhile you can preheat your oven and then bake it as directed in the recipe.
To make Eggless Parker House Rolls you can substitute egg with milk powder or cream. If you have sour cream or yogurt or buttermilk you can even use that as well. Use ¼ cup of the above substitute per egg.
To make rolls Vegan instead of butter use Vegan Margarine, almond milk for whole milk and egg with non dairy powdered milk. This is definetly going to change the taste and the texture of the rolls. But these are some of the best options for vegan diet.
