Basic ingredients to make khichdi, vada
- Sabudana
- Sendha namak or rock salt for fasting
- Cashews or Peanuts
- Curry leaves
- Oil
- Potato
To make any variety of Sabudana Kheer
- Sabudana
- Sugar or Jaggery
- Chana dal or Moong dal
