Ingredients

Basic ingredients to make khichdi, vada

  • Sabudana
  • Sendha namak or rock salt for fasting
  • Cashews or Peanuts
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil
  • Potato

To make any variety of Sabudana Kheer

  • Sabudana
  • Sugar or Jaggery
  • Chana dal or Moong dal
