In a plate or cutting board, place 3 tofu blocks and drizzle oil, sprinkle salt and Italian seasoning and rub it on all sides.
3 Tofu, 1 tablespoon Oil, ½ teaspoon Salt, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes of baking, flip the tofu and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
Transfer it to the wire rack and let it cool completely.
For a crisp crust, add mayo, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, bread crumbs, and oil to a bowl and mix well. Divide this mixture into three portions and spread it on tofu blocks.

Bake this for 10 to 12 minutes at a preheated 400-degree oven.
