- 1 cup Oats rolled
- 2 teaspoon Chia seeds
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 to 1 ½ Apples grated
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Honey maple syrup, or brown sugar.
- Nuts and seeds of your choice optional
Divide rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, apple, milk, and honey evenly between two jars. Add nuts of your choice.
1 cup Oats, 2 tsp Chia seeds, 2 tsp Cinnamon, 1 to 1 ½ Apples, 1 cup Milk, 2 tbsp Honey, Nuts and seeds of your choice
Stir each jar until evenly mixed. Cover and refrigerate for one hour or overnight.
