Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats rolled
  • 2 teaspoon Chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 to 1 ½ Apples grated
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Honey maple syrup, or brown sugar.
  • Nuts and seeds of your choice optional

Instructions

  • Divide rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, apple, milk, and honey evenly between two jars. Add nuts of your choice.
    1 cup Oats, 2 tsp Chia seeds, 2 tsp Cinnamon, 1 to 1 ½ Apples, 1 cup Milk, 2 tbsp Honey, Nuts and seeds of your choice
  • Stir each jar until evenly mixed. Cover and refrigerate for one hour or overnight.
  • Enjoy a morning breakfast!

  • Make it at night so it has enough time to soak and develop delicious flavors.
  • Instead of jars, you can mix all the ingredients in a bowl, cover it, and refrigerate it.
  • You can even warm it up in a microwave just before serving.
