Best Vegetarian Ciabatta Sandwich Recipe | Easy Cafe-Style Lunch

- 4 Ciabatta rolls
- 4 tablespoon Basil pesto
- 4 Mozzarella slices fresh
- 2 Tomatoes sliced
- 1 Cucumber sliced
- 2 cups Lettuce mixed greens, spinach, arugula
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil optional
In a bowl, add lettuce or any greens of your choice, salt and pepper to taste, drizzle olive oil, and toss to combine.

Slice each ciabatta roll in half. You can toast the bread if desired.
