- 1 Dragon fruit large or 2 small
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Sugar adjust to taste
- 1 cup Water
- Ice cubes
Nicely wash the dragon fruit. Cut into half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Discard the skin.
In the blender or mixie jar, add the flesh of dragon fruit, lemon juice, sugar, and water and blend until smooth. Adjust the water to achieve the desired consistency.
Add ice cubes to the serving glass. Pour the juice. Serve and enjoy.
