Dragon Fruit Juice Recipe | Pitaya Juice

Dragon Fruit Juice is a refreshing, gorgeous pink drink prepared using 3 ingredients in less than 2 minutes. It is one of the most delicious drink recipes to try during summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 Dragon fruit large or 2 small
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Nicely wash the dragon fruit. Cut into half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Discard the skin.
  • In the blender or mixie jar, add the flesh of dragon fruit, lemon juice, sugar, and water and blend until smooth. Adjust the water to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Add ice cubes to the serving glass. Pour the juice. Serve and enjoy.

  • Feel free to use honey or agave nectar instead of sugar.
