- 1 pound Mushrooms 16 oz
- 4 to 6 Garlic cloves finely chopped
- 2 to 3 tablespoon Butter olive oil for the vegan version
- 1 tablespoon Parsley fresh ones or 1 teaspoon dried
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
How to make buttery mushrooms?
Using a damp paper towel, clean the mushrooms to remove any dirt. Now slice the mushrooms lengthwise.
1 pound Mushrooms
In a non-stick pan, melt the butter. Add the garlic cloves and sauté until they are light golden brown.
4 to 6 Garlic cloves, 2 to 3 tbsp Butter
Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked and slightly browned.
Add the pepper, salt, and dried parsley, and sauté for another 1 minute.
1 tbsp Parsley, Black pepper, Salt
Serve and enjoy.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat on the stovetop in a skillet or microwave until warm.
- Avoid overcrowding the pan to get browned mushrooms.
- For better texture, cook the mushrooms on medium-high heat.
- Fresh garlic works the best.
