Ingredients for my 2 in 1 Dosa Batter and Idli Batter

Urad Dal

teaspoon
Methi or Fenugreek seeds
Salt, to taste
Instructions
How to make dosa batter
First you will have to soak rice and dal.
Blend or grind the dosa batter and ferment 8 hours or oevrnight.
Next morning you can make different varieties of dosas and idlis.
