Strawberry Salad with Feta

- 5 oz Mixed greens spring mix, arugula, baby spinach, lettuce.
- 1 ½ cups Strawberries 8 to 10 fresh ones
- ¼ cup Onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup Croutons
- ⅓ to ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
Strawberry salad dressing
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar, optional
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard optional
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, add salad greens, strawberries, onions, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese.
