Strawberry Salad with Feta

Ingredients

  • 5 oz Mixed greens spring mix, arugula, baby spinach, lettuce.
  • 1 ½ cups Strawberries 8 to 10 fresh ones
  • ¼ cup Onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Croutons
  • ⅓ to ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled

Strawberry salad dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar, optional
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
    3 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, Salt, Black pepper powder
  • In a large mixing bowl, add salad greens, strawberries, onions, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese.
    5 oz Mixed greens, 1 ½ cups Strawberries, ¼ cup Onion, ½ cup Cherry tomatoes, ⅓ to ½ cup Feta cheese
  • Add the croutons, drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving, and toss gently.
