Ranch Buffalo Wings are easy to make, creamy, spicy and tangy – all in one delicious appetizer that one must not miss to try!
Memorial day long-weekend got over so soon this year and I have already started looking forward for the Fourth of July weekend. This year we stayed indoors because we had back-to-back storms in our area. Also, traveling out of town with our naughty little one is something we are trying to avoid. Instead, we had some close friends come over for a weekend lunch and we celebrated with some good food and wine.
Coming to food, the star of the lunch were these delicious and zesty chicken wings. Did you know ranch and chicken are like match made in heaven? They really go well together. I had tried this combination when we have wings at restaurants, but never really tried preparing them at home. The recipe below is so simple to make, and I highly encourage you to try these at home. As soon as our guests went back home, the first thing that my husband asked me was when we were repeating these wings again? And trust me he is very particular about how chicken wings should taste, and the recipe below definitely won his heart.
I have used Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker in my chicken wings recipe to take them to the next level. This gives an additional kick and adds great flavor to the wings. I am sure even picky eaters are going to enjoy them. This is the best recipe to bring to any summer picnic, parties and get together. Also a popular appetizer for any game night.
Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker is the perfect in-the-flow seasoning to add much-needed “YUM” to any meal! It is packed with a delicious blend of herbs and spices which brings big, zesty flavor to amplify all types of foods. It’s convenient and easy to use — sprinkle some ranch seasoning into your meal to add a burst of flavor.
Summer is here and school’s out. Kids always need something special every other day to munch on. In addition to using this seasoning in the recipe presented below, I also use it to amplify the flavor of few other dishes. One of the most loved recipe using this seasoning is the ranch seasoned popcorn. You can check the recipe here. I also use it to make:
- ranch spinach dip
- ranch burgers
- pepperoni pizza dip

These ranch buffalo wings are baked and not fried. But let me tell you they are super delicious or even better than what you would order at a restaurant. My family just loves chicken wings. Whenever we visit any restaurant, we first check for wings and these are the first item that we order.
Thanks to Hidden Valley for this excellent recipe and the idea of baking the chicken wings. I always felt frying chicken was messy and the amount of calories was higher compared to when you bake it. Serve these wings with Hidden Valley Ranch dipping and enjoy this yummy snack.
To prepare Ranch Buffalo Wings:

Sprinkle with Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker. Bake until chicken is browned and an internal temperature of 165°F has been reached. This takes about 30 to 40 minutes.Sprinkle with paprika and your buffalo wings or hot wings are ready.
I don’t think it can get any simpler or easier than this. Make this for your next weekend dinner, get together or party and I am sure this will be a crowd pleaser.
