Simple Apple Salad Recipe | Easy Apple Salad

My kids love this salad! The apple salad has a unique sweet and savory combination with crunchiness from apples that make people go for second and third servings.

- 4 Apples firm and crisp
- 1 teaspoon Juice of ½ lemon
- 4 oz Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon Spring onions, chopped Scallions, Green Onions, or use Chives
- 1 tablespoon Coconut oil or Olive oil
- ⅛ teaspoon Salt, a pinch to taste
Wash the apples, and cut them into slices vertically. Lay down each piece of apple and cut them into long rectangular sticks. Check out 1-minute video on making of apple salad. 4 Apples
Add the chopped apple sticks to a bowl and toss them with lemon juice.
1 teaspoon Juice of ½ lemon
Cut the block of cheese into matchsticks or fries.
4 oz Mozzarella cheese
Add cheese sticks to the apple along with finely chopped scallions (spring onions or green onions or use chives), oil, and salt, and toss until combined.
1 tablespoon Spring onions, chopped, 1 tablespoon Coconut oil or Olive oil, ⅛ teaspoon Salt, a pinch
Serve immediately.
