- 1 cup Dark chocolate chips or Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup White chocolate chips
Melt the dark chocolate chips and white chocolate chips separately in the microwave until they are melted completely, stirring them every 20 seconds or using the double boiler method. 1 cup Dark chocolate chips or Semi-Sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup White chocolate chips
Add the melted chocolate to each cavity of a chocolate mold and tap it so it is evenly spread.
Keep the mold in the freezer for at least 5 to 8 minutes.
Remove the chocolates from the mold and store them in an airtight container or pack it in a gift box.
For a chocolate swirl, drizzle a few teaspoons of melted white chocolate into dark chocolate or vice versa, and using a sharp spoon, swirl around in each mold.
- I have used dark and white chocolate chips to create a contrast. You can use semi-sweet, peanut butter, butterscotch, and bittersweet: Any chocolate chips, morsels, or compound of your choice.
- If you know your loved ones like the crunchy bites in between, you can add toasted almonds, pistachios, and raisins, cranberries to make fruit and nut chocolate.
