Best Carrot Bread (Moist & Delicious)
Carrot Bread is crispy on the outside and has a moist, soft, and chewy texture on the inside. This quick bread is easy to make and requires a few basic ingredients. I have prepared this carrot loaf using gluten-free bread flour. This is one of the best healthy bread recipes I have tried. A great way to increase vegetable intake in your diet.

- 2 cups Carrot grated (2 large carrots)
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour (I have used gluten-free flour)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 1.5 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 cup Sugar
Wet Ingredients
- 2 large Eggs
- ¾ cup Oil (neutral flavored)
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 ℉ (180 ℃). Line a 9-inch by 5-inch bread loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together and set aside.
2 cups All Purpose Flour, 1 teaspoon Salt, 2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder, 1.5 teaspoon Baking soda, 1 cup Sugar
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Add grated carrots and mix well.

Add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet mixture and fold until just combined. Do not overmix. The carrot cake batter is ready.
Pour the cake batter into the prepared bread loaf pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the loaf pan after 15 minutes and transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Delicious Homemade Carrot Bread is ready. Slice, Serve, and Enjoy!!

- Freezer Instructions: Cover the bread with cling film, wrap it in aluminum foil, and store it in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw for 4 to 6 hours at room temperature or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
