Ingredients

Berries and Cream

  • 1 lb Fresh seasonal berries, chopped (Use strawberry, blueberry, blackberry or combine seasonal fruits)
  • 1 or 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

For the cream

  • 1 pint Heavy cream
  • cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Confectioners sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine berries of your choice, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Toss and keep it in the refrigerator for atleast 30 minutes so that the juices are released.
    1 lb Fresh seasonal berries, chopped, 1 or 2 tablespoon Sugar, ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Add cream, sugar, confectioners, and vanilla extract in a bowl, and whip until medium-stiff peaks are formed using a hand-held mixer.
    1 pint Heavy cream, ⅓ cup Sugar, 1 tablespoon Confectioners sugar, ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Arnnage cream and berries in dessert bowls or glasses. Keep in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
