Berries and Cream
- 1 lb Fresh seasonal berries, chopped (Use strawberry, blueberry, blackberry or combine seasonal fruits)
- 1 or 2 tablespoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
For the cream
- 1 pint Heavy cream
- ⅓ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Confectioners sugar
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
Combine berries of your choice, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Toss and keep it in the refrigerator for atleast 30 minutes so that the juices are released.
1 lb Fresh seasonal berries, chopped, 1 or 2 tablespoon Sugar, ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
Add cream, sugar, confectioners, and vanilla extract in a bowl, and whip until medium-stiff peaks are formed using a hand-held mixer.
1 pint Heavy cream, ⅓ cup Sugar, 1 tablespoon Confectioners sugar, ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
Arnnage cream and berries in dessert bowls or glasses. Keep in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
