Homemade Mango Popsicles

These homemade Mango Popsicles are a cool, refreshing, delicious summer treat prepared using only three ingredients. Both kids and adults are going to love this fruit popsicle.

Equipment

  • Popsicle Mold

Ingredients

  • 3 Mangoes (approx. 2 cups)
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ½ to ¾ cup Water (approx)

Instructions

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
    3 Mangoes (approx. 2 cups), ¼ cup Sugar, 1 ½ tablespoon Lemon juice, ½ to ¾ cup Water (approx)
  • Pour this into your popsicle molds.
  • Freeze for atleast 3 to 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • To unmold, run the bottom of the popsicle mold under warm water for 5 seconds and pull out the popsicles.

Notes

Homemade mango popsicles can be stored in the popsicle mold itself or unmolded, wrapped in a nonstick material like wax paper, parchment paper, or plastic wrap, and stored in a freezer bag or container. Homemade fruit popsicles will last in the freezer for up to two months.
