- 16 medium Strawberries
- 2 large Bananas
- ⅔ cup Milk or Almond milk, yogurt, ice cream, etc.
- 1 tablespoon Honey optional
- 12 piece Ice cubes optional
In a blender, add strawberries, bananas, milk, honey, and ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy.

Adjust the milk and fruit as per desired thickness.

- To make a large batch ahead of time, you can use almond milk (or other plant/nut-based milk) or yogurt and store it in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days. Do not use ice cubes as they will thin down the smoothie as it melts in the refrigerator.
