Eggless Coconut Macaroons
- 3 cups Shredded coconut flakes
- ⅓ cup All-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- ½ can Condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a parchment paper on your baking sheet and keep it aside.
Add coconut flakes, salt, and flour in a bowl and mix. To this, add condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix until combined using your hands.

Drop golf-sized balls of the dough onto a prepared baking sheet.
