Ingredients

Eggless Coconut Macaroons

  • 3 cups Shredded coconut flakes
  • cup All-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ can Condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a parchment paper on your baking sheet and keep it aside.
  • Add coconut flakes, salt, and flour in a bowl and mix. To this, add condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix until combined using your hands.
    3 cups Shredded coconut flakes, ⅓ cup All-purpose flour, Pinch of salt, ½ can Condensed milk, 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Drop golf-sized balls of the dough onto a prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until the coconut is toasted. Enjoy.

  • Coconut desserts made using coconut milk like kheer, payasam, and pudding are best when consumed in 2 days.
