Notes

  • Instead of chocolate chips, you can even add peanut butter chips or nuts for extra flavor.
  • Using ripe bananas will not only give the best flavor but also add natural moisture to your bread.
  • Use the creamy or crunchy store-bought peanut butter. Natural peanut butter is not a great choice for baking.
  • For a festive holiday vibe, add cinnamon or even cream cheese frosting to the bread.
  • Serve each slice with a dollop of peanut butter and a drizzle of honey for extra flavor.
  • You can even add roasted peanuts on top for additional crunch.
  • Store this bread wrapped in plastic wrap for three days at room temperature. You can also freeze it for up to 1 month. Double wrap to avoid any freezer burn.
