Notes
- Instead of chocolate chips, you can even add peanut butter chips or nuts for extra flavor.
- Using ripe bananas will not only give the best flavor but also add natural moisture to your bread.
- Use the creamy or crunchy store-bought peanut butter. Natural peanut butter is not a great choice for baking.
- For a festive holiday vibe, add cinnamon or even cream cheese frosting to the bread.
- Serve each slice with a dollop of peanut butter and a drizzle of honey for extra flavor.
- You can even add roasted peanuts on top for additional crunch.
- Store this bread wrapped in plastic wrap for three days at room temperature. You can also freeze it for up to 1 month. Double wrap to avoid any freezer burn.

Ingredients
Bananas: Ripe, spotty bananas are the best. The brown the bananas, the better the taste.
Peanut butter: Key ingredient. Use store-bought creamy or crunchy peanut butter.
Baking soda: Helps the bread rise.
Butter: Makes your bread rich and adds moisture and extra flavor. You can substitute butter with oil or applesauce. But note that the texture will be different.
Flour: Use plain all-purpose flour. Gives structure to your bread.
Brown sugar: I have used brown sugar here. You can use granulated sugar or combine the two. The color of the bread will vary accordingly.

Recipe FAQs
I have tested this only for all-purpose flour. If you use wheat flour or any gluten-free flour, it may absorb more moisture, making your bread dry.
Peanut butter is the key ingredient here. But you can substitute it with any nut butter like cashew, almond, pumpkin, or even use lotus biscoff spread.
