4 oz Olives, 1 cup Tomato Salsa, 1 cup Sour cream, 1 Avocado sliced, ¼ cup Cilantro / Coriander leaves finely chopped, 1 cup Cheese
You must eat the cracker in one go to enjoy the burst of flavors and textures. Try different combinations of toppings, and remember to repeat your favorite ones!
The same steps may be followed for tortilla chips, baguettes, or potato chips.
- To make my life simple on game day, I use store-bought salsa. However, I like to spice it up with fine-chopped green chili, finely chopped cilantro, and a dash of red chili powder or cayenne pepper.
- For sour cream, I have added chopped cilantro and sliced olives. Kids love this version of sour cream along with Tortilla chips!
