Saute other ingredients

  • Add 1 tablespoon oil, onion, garlic, and green chilies in the same pan and saute till onions become translucent. Add salt while sauteing, as this will make the onions cook faster.

  • Add honey, sriracha chile sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce along with water in a bowl and whisk.

Toss everything together

  • Add the sauce mix to the sauteed onion and garlic and saute for a 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add the roasted cauliflower and toss till everything is combined.
  • Turn off the heat and add the chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
2 Spring onion chopped, 2 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • Serve hot, and enjoy

Notes

  • You can use any chili sauce in the recipe.
  • Vary the spiciness and sweetness as per your taste.
  • Instead of cauliflower, you can even use tofu or paneer, baby corn, chicken, mushroom, etc.
  • Instead of pan frying, you can even oven-bake or air-fry cauliflower.
