Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion, garlic, jalapeno and saute till the onion becomes light and translucent.
1 Onion, 3 to 5 Garlic cloves, 1 Jalapeno, 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Add the mushroom slices and saute till it's cooked. Then add the bell pepper and saute for another minute.
4 oz Mushroom, ¼ Red bell Pepper, ¼ Green bell pepper
Add the red pasta sauce, alfredo sauce, cayenne powder, and dried basil, mix well, and bring it to a nice boil on medium flame to combine the flavors well.
1 ½ cups Red pasta sauce, ¾ cup Alfredo sauce, 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon Dried basil
Add the cooked pasta and mix everything well. Switch off the flame.
Serve hot and enjoy. Garnish with parmesan and fresh basil if desired.
