Cook the three cheese tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain them and keep them aside.

Meanwhile, heat oil and butter in a non-stick pan.

Add the onion and garlic cloves and saute for 6 - 8 minutes on medium flame until golden brown.

Add the mushroom, green peas, and sweet corn and saute for another minute.

Add marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, pepper powder, red chile powder, dried basil leaves, and salt and mix well, and bring it to a boil.

Add the cooked tortellini and toss till it's well combined with the sauce.
Garnish it with Parmesan and spring onions, and drizzle olive oil. Serve immediately and enjoy.
