Ingredients

  • 1 Apple peeled and chopped
  • 1 Pear peeled and chopped
  • 1 ¼ cup Milk dairy-free milk, adjust for thickness
  • cup Oats
  • 3 to 4 Dates pitted

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
    1 Apple, 1 Pear, 1 ¼ cup Milk, ⅓ cup Oats, 3 to 4 Dates
  • Blend until thick, creamy, and smooth.
  • Pour and enjoy. You can sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
