Preheat the oven to 305 degrees (175 degrees C).F.
Grease a bread loaf pan or line it with parchment paper, and set it aside.
To a bowl, add flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon powder. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
1 ½ cups Flour, ¾ cup Brown sugar, 1 ½ teaspoon Baking soda, ½ teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
In another bowl, whisk together butter, yogurt, and eggs. Now add the dry ingredients to this and whisk until just combined.
½ cup Butter, ⅓ cup Yogurt, 2 Eggs
Scrape the sides of the bowl.
Add the apples and walnuts, and fold them into the batter.
3 Apples, ⅔ cups Walnut
Transfer to a cake pan and top with some walnuts (optional).
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let it cool for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack. Once cooled completely, slice and enjoy.
Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days or refrigerate for longer freshness.
