Ingredients

Step-by-step instructions

- Preheat the oven to 305 degrees (175 degrees C).F.
- Grease a bread loaf pan or line it with parchment paper, and set it aside.
- To a bowl, add flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon powder. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- In another bowl, whisk together butter, yogurt, and eggs. Now add the dry ingredients to this and whisk until just combined.
- Scrape the sides of the bowl.

- Add the apples and walnuts, and fold them into the batter.
- Transfer to a cake pan and top with some walnuts (optional).
- Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

- Let it cool for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack. Once cooled completely, slice and enjoy.
- Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days or refrigerate for longer freshness.
