  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 ½ to 2 cups Milk whole milk or dairy-free milk for vegan version
  • 5 to 7 Dates

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the banana.

  • Blend bananas, dates, and milk until smooth. Add ice cubes if needed.
