    Smoothie with banana and dates

Dates naturally sweeten the smoothie, while bananas add creaminess. Whole or plant-based milk makes it thick and rich. Great for both kids and adults.

You can personalize this drink by adding ingredients such as nuts, seeds, oats, or spices. For example, add peanut butter for extra richness, or mix in oats for more fiber. Each option lets you enjoy a different flavor or nutrition boost while keeping the drink's base simple and healthy. If you want to avoid refined sugar, this smoothie offers a naturally sweet alternative.

Bananas: Use 4 small or 2 large, fully ripe bananas. Peel and slice them.

Milk: Use 1.5 cups of whole milk, or dairy-free options such as almond, coconut, or soy milk.

Dates: Use 6-8 pitted dates (like medjool). Remove pits before blending.
