Cinnamon Apple Bread Recipe | Apple Cake Loaf

Cinnamon Apple Bread with crisp topping is an easy-to-make quick bread that tastes amazingly delicious. It is super moist and buttery with a cake-like texture, filled with apple pieces, and topped with cinnamon crumbles. This apple crisp bread is one of the best dessert recipes to try with apples this Fall and Thanksgiving. You can also serve it with a cup of hot tea or coffee.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease or line the loaf pan with parchment paper and set it aside.

Notes

  • Once it is done baking, let the bread sit in the loaf pan for 10-15 minutes before removing it and letting it cool completely.
  • I highly recommend using parchment paper for easy removal of quick bread from a loaf pan.
  • Any leftovers can be stored at room temperature for 3 days and in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. You can freeze this apple bread for three months.
  • For the glaze, combine 1 cup powdered sugar with 1 tablespoon milk and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
