    Ingredients

Apples: Any apple that holds its shape when baked works fine for this apple coffee bread, such as fuji, gala, granny smith, or Macintosh.

Use fresh seasonal apples with brown sugar and cinnamon for the apple mixture.

For the crispy crumb texture, you need brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.

To make moist bread: Use butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, milk as wet ingredients and flour, salt and baking powder as dry ingredients.

Check out the recipe card for the full list of the ingredients.

    Step-by-step instructions

    Moist apple cinnamon bread batter.
    • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease or line the loaf pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
