Heat butter in a pan. Add onion and saute till it becomes light, and then add garlic cloves and saute until they are caramelized on medium to medium-low flame.

Now add the chicken stock (bouillon and water), and lemon juice and simmer until reduced to half.
½ cup Chicken Stock, 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Now, on low flame, add Oregano and cream and bring the sauce to simmer for 3 to 4 minutes so that all the flavors are well combined—season with salt to taste.
1 cup Heavy cream, 1 teaspoon Oregano, Salt
Add the cooked chicken breasts to the sauce and simmer for another 3 minutes. The breasts will soak all the delicious flavors from the garlic sauce.
Garnish it with fresh herbs if desired.

Serve with rice, pasta, noodles, or simply with a toasted slice of baguette and enjoy.
