Notes
- Add salt only at the end if needed, as the bouillon of chicken stock already has salt in it.
- You can substitute chicken breasts with chicken thighs and try this recipe.
- Love veggies? Feel free to add spinach, broccoli, and mushrooms to the recipe.
- You can add ½ cup of parmesan to make creamy garlic parmesan chicken.
- See that the flame is medium-low to low while making the sauce.
- You can add a pinch of nutmeg and red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
- For a festive touch, you can swap broth with dry white wine.
- Instead of heavy cream, fresh cream, milk, or half-and-half can be used. The thickness of the sauce may vary accordingly.
- If the chicken sticks to the pan, it means the chicken is not ready to be flipped, and the crispy crust is yet to form. Let it release on its own. In this way, you can avoid tearing the surface of the chicken.
- If you have leftover sauce, toss it with pasta or serve it with roasted veggies.

Ingredients
Chicken breasts: 2 boneless chicken breasts cut into halves. This helps the breasts cook faster and evenly, and the chicken remains tender.
Fat: Olive oil and butter to saute and make the sauce.
Garlic cloves: I have used approximately a total of 10 garlic cloves. Believe me, it's not too much.
Lemon juice: To balance the flavors
Heavy cream: For a rich sauce.
