Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Add flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl and whisk until combined. Keep this aside.

In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
¾ cup Butter, ½ cup Light brown Sugar, ½ cup Sugar
Add egg and vanilla extract and whisk until combined.
1 Egg, 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix well using a spatula.
Fold in dragon fruit chopped and chocolate chunks.
½ cup White chocolate chips, 1 cup Dragon fruit
Drop a spoonful of dough on a cookie sheet or baking pan lined with parchment paper evenly spaced.
Place some chocolate chips or chunks on each one of them.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Let the cookies cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Transfer to the wire rack and let them cool completely. These cookies can be stored in a tight conatiner for up to 7 days at room temperature.
