Dragon Fruit Sago Drink (Tapioca Drink) is a classic twist on traditional mango sago. The refreshing tropical flavor of dragon fruit (pitaya) combined with chewy sago pearls makes this irresistible. It is prepared using only four ingredients and can be served as a dessert or a drink. This sabudana drink can be served on vrat days like Navratri and Ekadashi, fasting days like Iftar and Ramadan, or hot summer days.

  • To make this sago drink vegan, you can use coconut milk instead of regular milk.
  • Feel free to add coconut jelly or any fruit-based jelly for additional texture.
