Dragon Fruit Smoothie is a thick and creamy four-ingredient pink drink that is quick and easy to make. It is a blend of dragon fruit, mango, banana, and milk. Serve it for breakfast or as a post-workout snack.

- 1 Dragon fruit or Pitaya cut into cubes approx 1 cup
- ½ cup Mango cut into cubes
- ½ Long banana sliced
- ½ cup Milk or dairy-free milk or coconut water chilled
Chop the dragon fruit and mango into small cubes. Slice the banana. Freeze all the fruits. I freeze overnight.

Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend it until smooth.
½ cup Milk or dairy-free milk or coconut water
Pour it into the glass. Serve, chill, and enjoy.
- To make this smoothie into a smoothie bowl, you must reduce the amount of milk.
- For the thick and creamy smoothie, increase the amount of banana and reduce the milk.
- Instead of mangoes or along with mangoes, 1 cup of pineapple can be added.
- To make it protein-rich, protein powder, peanut butter, or almond butter can be added.
- If you want to make smoothies without bananas, add ripe avocado (butter fruit), cashews, or chia seeds.
