In a large bowl, add chicken, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, coriander, mint, sliced onion, and ginger-garlic paste, and mix well.
500 g Chicken pieces, ¾ teaspoon Turmeric, 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder, ¾ teaspoon Salt, 2 tablespoon Cilantro, 2 tablespoon Mint, 1 Onion, 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
Let the chicken marinate for 15 minutes (minimum) to 30 minutes (preferred).
Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and fry for 5 minutes, leaving it undisturbed.

After 5 mins, flip the chicken to the other side and continue to fry for another 5 mins.
Now, reduce the heat to medium. Stir the chicken, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid, stir the chicken, cover it back, and cook for another 5 mins.
Remove the lid, add butter, garnish with cilantro, and give it a final mix.
