Hasselback Potatoes | How to Make Hasselback Potatoes
Hasselback Potatoes are one of the easiest potato side dishes you can prepare for your loved ones during Thanksgiving or Christmas. The end result is garlicky baby potatoes or new potatoes with crispy edges like french fries and a creamy mashed potato-like texture in the middle. I bet anyone can't stop after eating one. Hasselback potatoes are by far one of the best side dishes to serve with your Thanksgiving turkey, Easter ham or pork, barbeques, casseroles, salads, etc. I can go on.
