Rasgulla Tres Leches
Rasgulla Tres Leches is a delightful fusion dessert combining Indian and Mexican flavors. This has a layer of cake and pieces of rasgulla soaked in 3 types of milk and smeared with rabdi or rabdi cream —a classic and unique dessert recipe for Diwali, Christmas, and Thanksgiving.

Tres Leches
- ¼ cup Milk
- ¼ cup Heavy cream evaporated milk
- ¼ cup Condensed milk
Other ingredients
- 9 inch Sponge cake cut into desired size, check tips
- 8 to 10 Rasgulla
- 4 tablespoon Rabdi
- Rose petals for garnish
- Pistachios for garnish
Use any sponge cake you choose and cut it into the shape of your serving glasses.

Then, slice horizontally into approximately 1-inch thick slices.
Cut the rasgulla into small pieces.

Making tres leches
Add milk, heavy cream, and condensed milk in a bowl and mix until combined.
¼ cup Milk, ¼ cup Heavy cream, ¼ cup Condensed milk
Assemble
Add one cake slice to the bottom of the serving glass. Add 2 to 3 tablespoon of the prepared tres leches. Poke some holes using a skewer or fork. Add 2 to 3 tablespoon of chopped rasgullas.
Again, add another cake slice and poke holes. Add tres leches and spread a layer of rabdi or rabdi cream.

Finally, add one rasgulla on top and garnish it with pistachios and rose petals.

Let this chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Overnight is the best.
- I baked a cake with leftover gulab jamun tiramisu. You can also bake sponge cake or use any store-bought sponge cake for this recipe.
- To ensure the cake absorbs all the milk, poke it all over with a skewer or fork.
- Instead of serving in jars you can simply spread the cake in 9 * 9 inch baking pan and follow the same recipe.
- You can add more tres leches milk just before serving if you feel the dessert looks dry.
- The serving size and the amount of rasgulla, rabdi, and milk you add will vary based on the serving glass jars.
- Instead of rasgulla, you can even make these tres leches with rasmalai or gulab jamun.
