Step-by-step instructions
- Chop the gulab jamun into bite-size pieces and discard the syrup.
- Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks are formed. Pour the cream into a piping bag fitted with a nozzle.
- Add a few pieces of gulab jamun in serving glasses, followed by 2 tablespoon of rabdi, and then pipe some whipping cream and garnish with nuts and rose petals. Repeat this again: gulab jamun->rabdi>whipping cream, and finally, garnish with a piece of gulab jamun, nuts, and rose petals.

Tips
- The amount of jamuns, rabdi, and whipped cream you add will vary based on the size of the serving jars.
- This fusion jamun parfait dessert tastes best when served chilled. So you can also prepare it a day in advance and refrigerate it.
- I have added homemade rabdi followed by whipped cream. You can directly add rabdi while preparing the whipped cream.
- Instead of individual-sized servings, you can also layer them in a baking tray for larger crowds.
