Oven baked chicken wings
- 2 tablespoon Corn flour Corn starch
- 1 ½ tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika Red chile powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne
- 1 kg Chicken wings drumettes and flats
- 1 to 2 tablespoon Oil
For the sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 to 2 teaspoon Hot sauce
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro
- 1 tablespoon Green onions
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds toasted
Bake chicken wings
In a bowl, add corn flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper powder, garlic, turmeric, paprika, and cayenne, and mix well.
2 tablespoon Corn flour, 1 ½ tablespoon Baking powder, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon Paprika, 1 teaspoon Cayenne
Add this seasoning to chicken wings and toss until combined.

Add the oil and mix once again.

Place wings on a baking tray in a single layer.
Bake at a preheated 400°F oven for 40 to 50 minutes, flipping halfway.
Making of the sauce
Heat the oil and butter in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, hot sauce, and brown sugar, and mix well.
½ cup Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Vinegar, ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder, 1 to 2 teaspoon Hot sauce, 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
Simmer until reduced to half.

Coat the baked wings in sauce.
Add cilantro, spring onions, and toasted sesame seeds.
1 tablespoon Cilantro, 1 tablespoon Green onions, 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
Serve and enjoy.
- Adjust all spices to taste.
- Honey can be used instead of brown sugar.
- Freshly chopped garlic and grated ginger can be used instead of garlic and ginger paste.
- For a deep brown glaze, use dark soy sauce.
